All products sold by SoccerPosterCo are digital downloadable artworks. No physical product will be shipped.
Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the digital nature of our products, we can only offer refunds where the purchased artwork files have not been accessed or downloaded.
Once any artwork or downloadable file included in an order has been accessed or downloaded, the order becomes non-refundable.
By purchasing digital content and accessing or downloading the supplied files, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content has begun and that your right to cancel may be affected.
Before Downloading Your Order
If you have placed an order by mistake or would like to request a cancellation, please contact us before accessing or downloading any of the supplied artwork files.
Where none of the digital files associated with an order have been accessed or downloaded, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your refund request.
Faulty or Incorrect Files
If you receive an incorrect file, experience a technical problem with your download, or believe that the digital artwork is faulty or not as described, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, resolve the download problem, or issue a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for an approved refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
